Our Rules

General Rules

★Parents or guardians must:

   -Supervise their children, making sure they are able to use play activities safely

   -Remain in RPZ at all times

   -Ensure their children are following the rules

★In order to keep the play area safe and clean, 

   -Socks in play area only, no barefeet or shoes (we recommend grippy socks!)

   -No food, drink or gum in the play area

   -Clean hands/faces in the play area

​

★Respect others, and be kind!

★Keep cars on hard floors only

★The crawler corner is a safe spot for only crawlers and early walkers to play. 

★RPZ has a 3-strike policy: 

   -Strikes 1 and 2 - the child will be asked to return to family and the responsible parent/guardian will be told that redirection is required.

   -Strike 3 - the family will be required to leave with no refund due.

Additional Rules

★This is a family space, appropriate language and behavior is expected. Rainforest Play Zone reserves the right to ask families to leave without further explanation. No refunds will be due. 

★Rainforest Play Zone reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without further explanation to refuse entry to any person or family

★Do not bring any unwell children to play at RPZ. Rainforest Play Zone will ask kids that are ill to leave, and can give a voucher for free entry for a future visit

★Rainforest Play Zone is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items left.

★Decorations may be set up only by families who have party reservations.

★Families may bring up to 2 children from another friend's family as their guests. More than 2 additional children will require additional guardians.
